Tim Naylor is a graduate of The Appraisals Studies Institute at George Washington University in conjunction with the American Society of Appraisers. He has been certified in the Uniform Standards of Appraisal Practice by the the ASA.  Our appraisals follow the strict guidelines of USPAP.  This includes impartiality concerning all subject properties and the effective use of comparables for all items appraised.
